Matthew joined the commercial real estate industry in 2006. Matthew has gained extensive knowledge and exposure in all facets of the Industrial, Office, and Investment sectors of the real estate market, in addition to the business community and to a diverse range of clients.
Matthew graduated with honors from the Carleton University in 2006, with an Honors Bachelor of Commerce Degree concentration in marketing. Prior to graduation Matthew worked for a local building automation company. This opportunity allowed him to develop the skills and expertise required to produce and deliver timely results.

After graduating from Conestoga College with a Diploma in Construction Engineering, Peter worked for the University of Waterloo in their Physical Planning Department and was responsible for new construction and alterations to existing buildings throughout the university.
Joining the commercial real estate field in 1983, he became involved in many areas of real estate including property management, tenant leasehold improvements and retrofitting existing buildings. Peter continues to specialize in the industrial, office and "hi-tech" leasing market.
Peter was a long standing member of SIOR (Society of Industrial Office Realtors) and has worked on a number of local industrial and commercial real estate committees.
Peter has lived in Kitchener-Waterloo for most of his life and this has given him a good understanding of the Tri-Cities and Waterloo Region.
